Eiraku is a light, refreshing, stimulating matcha tea with a complete, pleasant, slightly creamy finish. Its simple, pure flavor makes it a superb everyday tea. We recommend that you brew this tea with water of close to 85 degrees Celsius, as lower temperatures reveal bitter and tarter flavors. It is a milder and lighter tea compared to the Jurei.
